Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan
I am pleased and proud to be able to attend the Launching of the 2023-2034 Corruption Prevention Action this morning. The course of action to prevent corruption that we are guarding together based on the mandate of Presidential Decree 54 of 2018 concerning the National Strategy for Prevention of Corruption, has produced good results.
I also observe that "improvement" is happening more and more in key sectors such as ports, extractive industries and mineral and coal governance, as well as in the procurement of government goods and services.
One of the 12 corruption prevention actions that have been proclaimed in the Nastra PK is reducing the bureaucracy and improving services in the port area, this is stated in the 2020-2024 RPJMN through the standardization of the main ports. I see the existence of national standardization of ports capable of improving port performance and can increase the efficiency of domestic shipping routes by forming regular loops. So that the impact of this port action places Indonesia in the category of the 20 Best Countries in the World in port performance with 24.9 points, ahead of developed countries such as Germany, the United States, etc.

With this good achievement, I hope that this achievement is maintained, through a commitment to synergize with each other in accelerating the integration and implementation of all port service system improvements, implementing and expanding the scope of mineral and coal governance through SIMBARA as well as optimizing the procurement of goods and services through digitalization. PBJ, E-Catalogue and E-Purchasing.
I hope that the improvement steps that we are taking together can be one of the solutions to improve the management system, both in terms of ports, minerals and also the procurement of goods and services in Indonesia. So that in the future service efficiency and corruption-free government can be realized soon.
