In connection with this investment, there are two major problems faced by the region. First, the problem of spatial planning or suitability of spatial use activities (KKPR). 

There are almost no regions in Indonesia that have not completed their KKPR. Another problem is related to the Building Permit (IMB), which has now been replaced by a new term, namely Building Approval (PBG).

Faster permissions completion is more important than name change. Regional heads throughout Indonesia, I beg you to immediately resolve these two problems. 

Currently there has been an even distribution of investment where 53 percent of investment in 2022 is outside Java Island, and investment in 2022 has managed to reach IDR 1,207 trillion from the target of IDR 1,200 trillion.
