On February 16, 2025, an opening ceremony for the 5th Multilateral Naval Exercise Komodo 2025 was held in Bali, attended by the crews of a detachment from the Pacific Fleet consisting of the corvettes Rezky and Hero of Russia Aldar Tsydenzhapov, as well as the support vessel Pechenga.
🇷🇺 Ambassador of Russia to Indonesia Sergei Tolchenov and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy Admiral Vladimir Vorobiev participated in the event.
🤝 As part of the ceremony, a series of bilateral meetings took place with senior leadership of the Indonesian Navy.
🗓 The exercise will continue until February 22, 2025, concluding with a sea phase involving all participating naval forces. Organized by the Indonesian Navy, the exercise will bring together warships and observers from more than 30 countries
